Hello girls, I want to share my opinion about a product I bought last week, and I've using to try it. It's the Essence gel liner in purple. The number 03 Berlin Rocks, and as I said, it's a beautiful purple tone.
El domingo, que no salí de casa... me lo puse sólo sin sombras ni prebase para probar qué tal.
Lo primero que noté es que al pincel le cuesta un poco coger producto, cosa que con el gel de Mac no me ocurre (tengo que tener cuidado o cojo demasiado).
Lo segundo es que no pigmenta una maravilla a la primera pasada, necesité dejar secar y poner una segunda capa. Pero ya una vez se secó aguantó todo el día sin problema en el párpado superior, en la linea de agua no lo utilicé.
Otra cosa que me gusta mucho es el color, es muy muy bonito y con la segunda capa ya se vé el tono tal cual se vé en el tarrito.
Last Sunday I stayed at home all day, so I wore this just to see the results. I wore it by itself, no primer, no eyeshadows, just the liner. The first thing I tested, was the difficult to take product with the brush, I´ve got Mac gel liner and I have to be very gentle if I don't want to take too much product. With this Essence gel I have to insist a bit to get some product on the brush. The second thing is about the pigmentation, well... is not very pigmented when you draw the line. I have had to apply a second coat after let it dry, after that step, the eyeliner lasted all day long (at upper eyelid) I didn't tried it on the waterline yet... One thing I like a lot is the color, is super pretty, and using two coats, the color is exactly the same as you can see in the bottle.
También quería comprobar que no me daba alergia y efectivamente, por ahora ni rastro de ningún sintoma raro :) Lo cual me alegra, porque muchas sombras de Essence me dan alergia en el párpado o el ojo.
I also wanted to know if it was any kind of alergy on me, because some Essence eyeshadows gave me nothing but swollen eyelids and watery eyes. Fortunately I experimented no alergy or discomfort :)
Os dejo la muestra: a la izda una sola pasada y a la derecha dos. Como veis con dos, la cosa ya es aceptable. This is the swatch: on the left, the eyeliner with just one coat, two coats on the right, you can see the difference.
Tengo que probarla como base en el párpado para poner encima la Satin taupe por ejemplo, a ver qué efecto hace y a ver si no se hace muy pesado el gel en todo el párpado.
Qué más??? el precio, ronda los 3.50€ así que está genial de precio. Trae 3ml, dice que dura 6 meses, aunque como hay que usar bastante producto de cada vez... no sé si no lo terminaré antes jajajaja.
I also want to use it like a base all over the eyelid, to wear it with Satin taupe for example, I want to know if it gives some nice effect or something. 1. Soy muy tímida. Tanto que si hablo con más de dos personas al mismo tiempo y siento más de 4 ojos mirándome ya me pongo colorada y sudo :S´ no es nada agradable.
1. I'm very shy. If I'm talking with 2 persons there's no problem, but... if I have to talk to more than 4 eyes.... I get very nervous, I feel the eyes, right above me and my cheeks become red and... well is not nice to me.
2. Mi estación favorita del año es el verano. Aquí no tenemos un verano agobiante, así que para mí es la mejor época del año. Adoro coger un short, una camiseta y pa la calle. 2. My favorite part of the year is summer. I love summer, we don't have extremely hot summers in here so... I love wearing just a pair of shorts, and a t shirt, and that's not possible at winter.
3. Hablando de el tiempo: Odio los días fríos, húmedos y lluviosos. Alguien me puede decir qué carajo de ropa se supone que me tengo que poner para no vivir en estado de congelamiento?? Si fuese un frío seco, te abrigas y listo, pero qué hacemos con esa humedad que te llega a los huesos? No podemos hacer nada! Por eso odio el invierno! 3. Talking about weather: I hate those rainy, humid and cold days. What clothes are suposed to be wore in that kind of weather?? If it wasn't humid, you could wear winter clothes and the cold would be wearable, but... what can we do with the humidity?? the bones feels wet and the sensation of cold is even bigger. I guess there's nothing we can do about it... tha's why I hate winter.
4. El otro día estaba esperando la cola para el pan y la señora que tenía delante (que iba sin maquillar) tenía unas pestañas de lujo. Pobladas, largas y con una curva preciosa!!!! Me dieron ganas de arrancárselas para hacerme unas postizas xD 4. I was waiting to buy some bread ,yesterday, when I saw a woman with the most perfect long, thick, and curved eyelashes (she wasn´t wearing any make up).I would be able to grab her eyelashes, and take it off to make my own eyelash extensions LOL
5. Si carezco de algo es de envidia, nunca he sido envidiosa, quejica sí, envidiosa no. Pero de verdad que a esa señora por un rato le tuve envidia. Sólo de sus pestañas, eso sí... y creo que no merece la pena tener un pecado capital sólo por unas pestañas, o si... 5. There's one thing I don't own, that's envy. I'm not a jealous person. But I envied that woman for some seconds yesterday hahaha. Well the envy was just because of her lashes and I don't want to suffer of a deadly sin just because of a pair of eyelashes xD Or, maybe yes... well no.

Cuando era una niña, era muy graciosa, bueno.. o eso parecía, imitaba a Carmen Sevilla, a Pepe Gafez (supongo que las jovenzuelas no lo conocereis) y contaba chistes con acentos y esas cosas.... en fin, la niñez se fué muy pronto jajaja. Ahora soy una borde. 6. When I was a girl (6-10 years) I liked to imitate voices and characters, and I loved to tell jokes and all of that. Well... childhood has gone so soon LOL.
7. Menos mal, ya no sabía que más contar..... Soy una miedica, las pelis de miedo tipo espíritus me aterran, si veo una, lo paso fatal cuando me quedo sola en casa, sólo de pensarlo se me ponen los pelos de punta ufffff. 7. Finally... I didn't knew what else to say.... I have a big apprehension for the terror films with ghosts and spirits and all of that. I feel terribly scared when I get alone at home after watching a film.

Sé que las veces que he usado máscaras con cepillo de silicona no he quedado muy contenta, pero aún así me arriesgué a probar esta. Mal hecho, porque efectivamente no me agrada mucho. Promete longuitud y volumen, no advierte nada respecto a curvatura.
I bought some other mascaras with silicone brushes before, and I didn't get nice results with them. But I tried this one anyway, because I thought maybe it could be different, unfortunately it's not. It says: length and volume, nothing about curvature.
Empezaré advirtiendo que mis pestañas son rectas, no largas y no abundantes, así que no digo que la máscara sea mala, sino que no sirve para mi tipo de pestañas. Además soy muy exigente con las máscaras, quiero volumen, longuitud y un mínimo de mantenimiento de curvatura, sin necesidad de hechar la mañana maquillando las pestañas.
I must say my lashes are not thick, not long and with cero natural curvature, so this is not a bad mascara, it's just that its not the good one for me. Also, I'm very demanding when talking about mascaras. I want lenght, volumen and maintenance of the curvature of the lashes, without spending the whole life applying the mascara.
Alargar? Sí alarga un poco, pero hay que trabajarla muchisimo (cosa que odio).
Length: Well... it maybe make the lashes longer but nothing crazy. I have to work a lot with the product to get something visible.
Volumen? En mis pestañas no aporta apenas volumen.
Volume? I have tried mascaras that gave me 100 times more volume than this one.
Curvatura? Las deja mas tiesas que la mojama. Es aplicarme la máscara y el efecto del rizador de pestañas, desaparece por completo.
Curvature? It makes my lashes look totally straight :( I use the curler before the mascara and when I put the mascara on, the curl disappears at the moment.
Pero como yo no tiro ná.... pues me voy apañando a base de trabajarla mucho, muchísimo e insistir bien en las puntas de las pestañas, al final el resultado no es malo, pero sigo prefiriendo la 2000 calories de Max Factor, que me dá mejores resultados en menos tiempo.
También he probado a utilizar otro gubillón, y bueno, aunque hay que trabajarla un poco, al menos consigo más volumen :)
I'm not friend of throw away anything so I'm using it anyways. I only have to spend time working with the mascara, waiting for it to get dry and insisting on the tips of the eyelashes. I rather the "2000 calories mascara" from Max Factor too. I get better results without spending too much time.
I tried to use another brush, and I have to work with it too, but at least I've got more volume :)
He hecho estas fotos esta tarde. Estaba en casa tirada sin maquillar, he puesto las dos últimas, sólo con máscara, sin delinear, y la primera con un delineado rápido con lápiz para que veais que con esta máscara y delineado, las pestañas ni siquiera se ven. Creo que las fotos hablan por si solas, no?
I've made these pics today, I was at home with no make up, and put mascara just for the pics. the first pic is with a quick eyeliner, just to see how the eyelashes disappear with this mascara. The last 2 pics are just with mascara, no eyeliner. I think that pics speak by itselves.
PROS:
No hace grumos, por muchas capas que se pongan.
No se caen hollines con el paso de las horas.
Se desmaquilla perfectamente.
No tiene ese olor fortísimo a "petroleo" que tienen otras máscaras.
THE GOOD THINGS:
It doesn't clump.
It doesn't fall out.
It takes off very gently with my biphasic eye make up remover.
It doesn't have that awful petroleum smell that some mascaras have.

No mantiene la curvatura (al menos en las pestañas que no son naturalmente curvadas)

Con la máscara me dieron un mini, supermini khol negro de regalo. Yo ya he comprado y recomprado este mismo lápiz varias veces, así que encantada con el regalo, como es chiquitin lo llevo en el bolso para posibles retoques de la línea de agua :)
The mascara comes with a tiny sample of the black khol pencil, wich I knew because it's the khol I use :) So, very glad with the gift, as its very small I wear it on my bag :)

1. No he vuelto a beber Coca cola, desde la primera vez que probé un calimocho (me dió tanto asquito, que nunca más he bebido ni vino ni cola) jajajaja. 1. Since the first time (back in 1996) I tried a drink called "calimocho" wich is wine with Coca Cola, I haven´t drink neither Cola or wine in my life hahahaha. I hated it that much that I'm not able to drink any of these again.
2. No puedo vivir sin mi ración de música diaria, aunque sean un par de canciones de Bon Jovi, pero necesito escuchar música. 2. I can't live without my daily dose of music. I need at least 2 or 3 Bon jovi songs everyday.
3. Tampoco puedo vivir sin chocolate (bueno, poder podría, pero sería una vida peor xD) 3. I can't live without chocolate (well I could try to, but... it would be a worse life for sure)
4. Cada año que pasa, disfruto un poco más de todo lo que tengo (siempre he sido un poco agonías) y trato de no preocuparme por cosas sin importancia. 4. As I get older, I enjoy more and more all the good things I've got (I've always been a bit pesimistic), and I try not to get mad with things that are not important enough.

Y ese año y el primero de instituto, poco más aprendimos a parte de los colores y los números, así que el poco inglés que sé, lo aprendí gracias a las canciones de Bon jovi, las entrevistas y demás. Se podría decir que soy autodidacta. 6. I love english language, but in my generation, the first english clases we have got was at the end of primary school, when I was 13 years old, that's why my english level is so low. The most I have learned was thanks to the Bon jovi songs, and the interview videos I saw again and again LOL I can say I'm an autodidact (is that the right word???)
7.Nunca utilizo base de maquillaje, nunca me he hecho una limpieza facial (en un centro de estética, se entiende), sólo me he ido a hacer la manicura una vez en mi vida (para mi boda), nunca he llevado extensiones de pelo o pestañas, nunca me he puesto pestañas o uñas postizas, nunca me he puesto un labial rojo, nunca he subido en globo, nunca he buceado, nunca.... uy, cuantas cosas me quedan por hacer.... 7. I never wear foundation, I never have had a profesional facial cleaning, I'd get my nails done only once (for my wedding day), I´ve never wore extensions (hair or lashes), I have never wore fake eyelashes or fake nails, I've never wore red lipstick, I´ve never flew in globe, I have never dived, I'd never... wow, there are lot of things to do yet :)

Hola chicas, hacía mucho tiempo que no venía con un look de maquillaje, así que aprovechando que el Domingo pasado fué la noche de los fuegos artificiales, una fiesta que me encanta por cierto.... me hice unas fotos después de maquillarme.
Llevaba un top de Blanco de la nueva colección que vereis por aquí en breve, tiene tonos dorados, combinado con negro, así que para los ojos utilicé esos dos colores y ésto es lo que ha salido.
Hello girls, long time since the last make up post. Last Sunday it was "the fireworks night" in my city, every year on August, we have this event, and I love it. So.. I took some pics before going out. I was wearing a gold top from Blanco new season, you will see it soon in here, it combines gold and black so I decided to use these colors for the eyes.

Después de la prebase de sombras y el corrector de ojeras:
Half Backed, un dorado precioso, en la primera mitad del párpado móvil a toquecitos y difuminando un poco hacia la cuenca.
Creep en los dos tercios restantes, dando más intensidad en la V externa.
Con la sombra Darkhorse (marrón con destellos dorados) difuminé el corte entre estas dos sombras.
Naked para difuminar el corte en la parte superior( justo por encima de la cuenca)
Pestañas inferiores: Dark Horse a lo largo de toda la linea de pestañas y Creep justo en la parte externa.
Sin para iluminar el arco de la ceja y el lagrimal.
Delineado superior, inferior y waterline con el eyeliner en gel de Mac en el tono blacktrack.
Mascara de pestañas y ojos listos.
After concealer and
eyeshadow primer:
Apply Half Baked (light gold) at the first half of the
lid with small strokes and blending to up to the crease area.
Creep for the outer half of the lid, adding more intensity to the outer V.
Darkhorse (a beautiful dark brown with golden shimmer) to blend the line between these two eyeshadows.
Naked for blending the
edges just above the crease area.
Sin to highlight
the browbone and the inner corner of the lids.
Lower lashline: Dark horse all along the lower lashline and Creep for the outer corner.
Mac fluidline in Blacktrack to
upper and lower lashline, as well as waterline.
Mascara and the eyes are finished.
Y este es el rostro con los polvos bronceadores Laguna utilizados como blush y el lápiz de labios de Nyx en el tono "natural" para los labios.
And this is the face with Laguna bronzer used as blush. On the lips I'm wearing the Nyx lip pencil in "natural" shade.
Espero que os haya gustado el look de ojos y que os animeis a hacerlo si teneis la paleta, (si es que no lo habeis hecho ya) porque es precioso, amí me ha gustado mucho el resultado. En las fotos todo se vé muy brillante debido al flash, pero queda mucho más natural en persona.
I hope that you liked the look and you try it if you've got the palette, I like the results so much. Everything looks very shinny at the pics, because of the flash, but its more natural in person ;)

Hello girls. Today I want to share a product I'm using for almost a year, and I didn't talk to you about it yet.
Es la pastilla de jabón natural de glicerina. Llevaba años, cuando digo años, me refiero a 15 años (o incluso más) utilizando la pastilla de Dove, para lavar el rostro. En mi casa siempre había una pastilla en el baño y a mí siempre me ha gustado utilizar agua y jabón para la cara.
This is a natural glycerin soap bar. I used the Dove soap bar for more than 15 years to wash my face. I always liked to clean my face with soap and fresh water.
Como sabreis no utilizo base de maquillaje, pero si blush, así que después de el desmaquillante de ojos, y el agua Micelar (que es lo que estoy usando ahora) me lavo bien la cara con abundante agua y jabón. Me gusta que no quede ni rastro de ninguno de los productos que uso para desmaquillar, aunque sean de los que no necesitan aclarado.
Así que cuando ví este jabón en el supermercado no lo dudé y le dí una oportunidad. Creo que voy por la sexta pastilla y por ahora no volveré a comprar la de Dove, que aunque es buenísima, creo que me dejaba la piel menos natural.
As you may know I don't use fundations, just blush, so after using the eye make up remover and the face make up remover, i like to wash my face with this soap bar. I don't like to have rests of the products I have used before, even if they are specifically non rinse needed. So when I saw this soap at the market I decided to give it a try, it's the 6th bar of this soap and I'll not buy again the Dove one by now (I don't meaning Dove is not a good soap, it is), but my face feels better with this Lida product.
Me explico, la mayor diferencia que he notado es que la pastilla de Dove, deja el rostro más hidratado, como con restos de producto, cosa que para nada es malo, de hecho cuando tenía la piel más seca, me venía genial. Con la pastilla de glicerina el rostro queda para nada seco, pero deja una sensación de limpieza total, como tiranted y cuando paso los dedos por la cara, no se deslizan como si tuviese crema sino que se nota la piel... sabeis eso de humedecer un dedo para tocar la pandereta??? eso que haciamos en el cole en Navidad, que la pandereta cogía como más agarre y el dedo no resbalaba... pues eso xD
The most noticeable difference between these two is that my face felt more "hidrated" with Dove product, like is there were rests of the product on my skin, it was good when my face was dry. With the Lida soap I get a totally clean, not dry but yet not oily skin and I love that sensation.
La cosa es que ahora tengo la piel mixta y me gusta que quede limpia y sin residuos, aunque quede más seca (que tampoco es el caso) para después aplicarme la crema hidratante.
Conocíais este producto?? Os aclarais el rostro con agua y jabón después de desmaquillar? O preferís retirar el producto con algodón y listo?
But now I'm more like combination skin, so I preffer to get a totally clean and natural face before using my moisturizing cream. And that's what I got with this product, so great! Did you know the glycerin soap? Do you like to wash your face with soap and water after the make up remover routine?? Or do you preffer to take the product off with a cotton pad and that's all???
Si me conoceis un poquito, sabreis que soy más de botín que de zapato, de hecho, apenas tengo zapatos tipo pump, peep toe o salones. Me gusta la comodidad de los botines y el hecho de llevar el pie tapado. Paso del botín a las sandalias, no tengo termino medio jajaja.
Bueno pues el otro día no se me ocurrió otra cosa que pasar por Stradivarius para ver qué quedaba de rebajas y me dí en toda la cara con estos botines de la nueva colección.
If you know me a bit, you will know that I'm a booties lover, in fact, I barely got shoes like peep toes, pumps or something like that. I love the comfy of the booties, you can wear them with socks and the feet feels more confortable. I went to Stradivarius a pair of weeks ago and felt in love with this brown booties from the new collection.
No sé a vosotras pero a mí me enamoraron nada más verlos. La cuña no es nada alta, ya era hora de que dejasen de hacer esos andamios de 10cms!!! Son perfectos para diario y tienen un color muy ponible.
Lo malo??? Los días de lluvia habrá que dejarlos en el armario porque salvo la puntera y los detalles, el resto es ante.
I don't know about you, but I love them. the wedge is not drastic, thanks God, that the high 10cms heels are being replaced for more wearable ones. They are perfect for everyday and the color is very combinable.
The bad thing?? I will have to let them at home on rainy days, because they are made of suede.
Me gustan mucho los cordones en los botines y más aún cuando hay una cómoda cremallera en la parte interna para no tener que moverlos ;)
Estoy deseando estrenarlos, pero ahora prefiero utilizar las sandalias y calzado veraniego, porque para éstos voy a tener meses de mal tiempo para aburrirme ;)
I love laced up booties and I love them even more when they've got zippers, so I don't need to touch the laces ;)
I'm dying to wear them, but I'll wait untill the end of summer, because I preffer to wear my summer sandals now that the weather is good for it. I'll have months and months of cold weather to wear these ;)
EDITO: Se me olvidó poner el precio, nada menos que 59 Euritos, son carillos pero bueno, es piel y tienen una horma muy cómoda. Creo que son una buena inversión porque los usaré a diario curante todo el largo Otoño-Invierno y Primavera del norte de España ;)
Como ya comenté he tenido la grandísima suerte de poder asistir a uno de los conciertos que Bon Jovi dió la semana pasada en España, concretamente al de San Sebastián. Fué un viaje relámpago, nos fuimos el viernes (día del concierto) por la mañana y volvimos el Sábado por la mañana.
Respecto a la ciudad, nos dió tiempo a pasear un par de horas, por la playa, el casco antiguo, el ayuntamiento, la orilla del río y alguna de sus calles principales y me pareció una ciudad muy bonita, muy limpia y muy cuidada, me he quedado con ganas de volver con más tiempo y poder disfrutar de ella como se merece.
As I told before, I have had the great luck to be at one of the Bon jovi shows in Spain, the San Sebastian one on 29th July. The travel was very quick, we drove from home on friday morning (the day of the show) and come back the morning after.
The city is so beautiful, we visited it for 2 hours, we walk along the river, the beach, the city council and some of the principal streets. It's a clean and very well treated city, I want to come back soon with more time to spend on it.

Por cierto, había un calor y una humedad horrible, no me atreví a ir en shorts por miedo a tener frío por la noche, pero hubo un día supercaluroso y me asé!

Btw, it was very hot and humid at the city, I was afraid to wear shorts because I didn't want to be freeze, I was totally wrong!
Pero vamos al tema: el concierto de Bon Jovi.... ha sido mi concierto número 6 de la banda y sin lugar a duda el mejor, con mucho, de lejos, de muuuuy lejos. Han tocado temas muy cañeros, muy antiguos y algunos bastante poco usuales. No he podido quedar más satisfecha, se han portado genial, se les veía super cómodos, cansados (la gira ha sido muy muy larga) y dando muestras de agradecimiento por el calor recibido una y otra vez.
No voy a entrar en comparaciones respecto al concierto de Barcelona, cada uno ha tenido su encanto y sus temazos, lo que sí diré es que estos dos, junto al de Portugal (que ha sido el de fin de gira), han sido los mejores de Europa, de la gira y me atrevería a decir que han sido de lo mejorcito que Bon jovi ha hecho encima del escenario en años.
Anyways.... The theme of the post is the Bon Jovi show, it was my 6th Bon Jovi concert and it was the best one with no doubt. They played great songs, old ones, new ones, balads and a lot of hard songs. I couldn't be more satisfied, the band seemed to be comfy, tired (it was a long long tour) and very thankful because we are a great audience (I mean spanish audience).
The three last shows (Barcelona, San Sebastian and Portugal) has been the best of Europe, I could dare to say that these shows has been the best Bon jovi shows in years.
En las 2 horas 45 minutos de show, han tocado clásicos, baladas, temazo tras temazo y el público seguía pidiendo más animando, aplaudiendo, cantando, saltando... eso la banda lo ve, lo oye y lo agradece, con un bis detrás de otro y con algún tema fuera del setlist.
It was 2 hours and 45 minutes of great rock, there was classic themes, ballads, hit after hit, and the audience was singing, dancing, jumping, clapping hands, and all those things were seen by the band, that's why they thanked us for our support and played more and more rare songs.
Era mi primera vez en grada, siempre había ido a pista, y aunque es cierto que se pierde bastante, el escenario se vé entero y las enormes pantallas sirven para ver los detalles. Nadie te empuja, ni te pisa, no se suda tanto, puedes ir al baño tranquilamente antes de que comienze y cuando termina, y bueno.. en general es mucho más cómodo, aunque se pierde la esencia y el calor de estar ahí en el meollo, lo ves todo desde "fuera".
It was my first time seeing their show from the bleachers, and its truth that there's a lot of emotions missing because they are far and on a side but there's good things too. Nobody stomp your feet, or push you, there's not sweat of others around your arms (ewww), and you can go to the toilette before the show starts ;) but there's something that is missing: the heat of the crowd (you see them from above)
Os dejo con uno de los videos que grabó mi marido con la cámara de fotos, aunque no es de gran calidad, se vé claramente la entrega tanto del grupo como del público. Espero que dediqueis unos minutos a verlo y que podais imaginar por un momento lo que siente una fan desde hace 18 años, en un momento así. Lo mejor y algo que nunca había podido hacer: ver a toda la gente del estadio!!!! es increible como 40.000 personas pueden estar disfrutando al mismo tiempo, gracias a 5 tíos y unas cuantas notas musicales.
Here there is, one of the videos my hubby recorded with our photo camera, there's not great quality, but you can see the relation between the audience and the band. I'm a Bon Jovi fan since 1992 so you can imagine how I feel at that moments. The best part: Be able to see the whole stadium!!! It's incredible how 40.000 people are enjoying together, at the same time, thanks to 5 guys and a bunch of music chords.

No, en serio, llevo desde el Sábado en una nube, tan pronto estoy supercontenta por haber podido disfrutarlo, como tengo un bajón increible porque quiero vivirlo otra vez!!!
I hope that the relaxing time that the band is going to take from now, is not very long, because I'm missing them already. It would be great to have one Bon jovi show per month I think its therapeutic hahaha. I'm in a cloud since last Saturday, one day I'm so happy because I was lucky enough to be there, and the next day I'm depressed because I need more!!
